The ExecThread team is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Human Resources to lead our global HR function. As a trusted advisor to our executive team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement global HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Lead global efforts in performance management, compensation, and talent development.
- Partner with business leaders to drive talent management and organizational development initiatives.
- Minimum 7 years' experience as an HR business partner in a global, matrixed environment.
- Bachelor's degree required, with additional certifications in HR preferred.
- Strong background in HR best practices and experience in various HR disciplines.
- Proven track record of supporting client groups, particularly in the asset management or financial services sector.
- Proficiency in HRIS, with a preference for Workday.
