Executive Chef

We are a dynamic and growing restaurant company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Pho River Front. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that showcase our Vietnamese cuisine and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
Staff Supervision and TrainingLead and train our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to prepare and serve high-quality dishes.
Inventory ManagementManage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
Cleanliness and SafetyMaintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.
Requirements- Education and Experience
No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Skills and AbilitiesYou must have attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be physically demanding. You should also be able to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
Personal QualitiesYou should be flexible, have initiative, be organized, reliable, a team player, and have good time management skills.
Working ConditionsYou will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a high level of physical activity. You must be able to work in a team environment and be willing to relocate for this position.
Language and Work TermThe primary language of work is English, and the work term is permanent. You will work 30 hours per week.
