Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement new menu items and specials to drive sales and customer satisfaction
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to maintain consistency and quality
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service
    • Monitor inventory and manage kitchen supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food meets our high standards
    • Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Post-secondary education in culinary arts or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
