Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement new menu items and specials to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to maintain consistency and quality
- Kitchen Operations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service
- Monitor inventory and manage kitchen supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs
- Quality Control
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food meets our high standards
- Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues
- Team Management
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Education and Experience
- Post-secondary education in culinary arts or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
