Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Tran's Palace Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring that all dishes are of the highest quality and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
- Culinary Leadership: Supervise and mentor our culinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure that all kitchen staff are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and ingredients, ensuring that we always have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that all aspects of the customer experience are met, including presentation, service, and overall satisfaction.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Work Setting: Restaurant
- Urban Area: Yes
