About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Senior Clinical Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying, selecting, initiating and closing out investigational sites for clinical studies in phases II - IV.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up and monitoring studies, completing reports, and maintaining documentation
  • Submitting protocol, consent documents for ethics/IRB approval, and preparing regulatory submissions
  • Balancing sponsor-generated queries
  • Taking responsibility for study cost efficiency
  • Preparing and reviewing study documentation and feasibility studies for new proposals
  • Potential to assist in training and mentoring fellow CRAs

Requirements

  • 12+ months of monitoring experience as a CRA for a sponsor or CRO
  • Must be located in British Columbia, Canada
  • College degree in medicine, science, or equivalent
  • Previous monitoring experience in medium-sized studies, including study start-up and close-out
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and ability to review and evaluate medical data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Availability to travel at least 60% of the time (international and domestic)

Benefits

We offer a very competitive salary package, ranging from $80,000 to over $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous base salary, we provide an annual bonus based on performance goals.
