About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Mumbai Frankie - The Original Bombay Roll. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Plan and prepare menus, estimate food requirements, and determine portion sizes and costs.
  • Culinary Operations: Supervise kitchen staff, train new employees, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate kitchen staff, provide guidance and support, and promote a positive and productive team culture.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with overtime required.
