Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches & Salads. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to our staff, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that it meets our high standards and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Manage Inventory and Reports: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Subway Sandwiches & Salads, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
