Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons (Kahuna Coffee Group). As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food is prepared and served to high standards of quality and safety, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records of stock and sales.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, and maintain accurate records of employee hours and attendance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
