  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to work safely and efficiently.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Conduct thorough estimates of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.

  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that we resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing updates on key performance indicators and business metrics.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-prepared to handle customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
