Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (minimum of 10 years) in a leadership role in land development, real estate, or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of land development processes, urban planning, zoning regulations, and sustainable practices.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, project management, and financial management and analysis.
  • Experience in start-up companies to bring them to successful operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
  • Track record of building and maintaining effective partnerships with government agencies, community organizations, and investors.
  • Experience in fundraising, grant writing, and financial resource mobilization.
  • Sound understanding of governance principles and best practices.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
