Administrative Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to queries, and handling mail and documents
- Coordinate office activities and schedules, including meetings and appointments
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, and place orders as needed
- Manage internal filing systems and ensure documents are properly stored and organized
- Assist with travel arrangements and bookings
- Provide support to team members, including scheduling meetings and arranging conference calls
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and friendly demeanor
