Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team and maintain efficient communication channels
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Develop and establish office procedures and routines to ensure a smooth work environment
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
