Regional Service Manager

This role is responsible for leading, training, and developing a service team to execute performance management initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements by managing projects that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service depot activities and facility operations.
  • Ensure quality performance of service repair results in customer satisfaction and achievement of profit plan objectives.
  • Participate in Service Department audits and internal/external escalations.
  • Assist the Director of Service in formulating strategies to sell organization's products and services.
  • Prepare annual sales objectives and assist in obtaining individual sales objectives.
  • Prepare expense budgets and control expenditures.
  • Work with Technical Service Representatives to improve quality of workmanship and provide on-the-job training assistance.
  • Ensure area personnel are trained to comply with policies and procedures.
  • Assist sales support/marketing personnel in activities such as sales promotions, training, and market research.

Requirements:

  • Biomedical Engineering Degree or Diploma preferred.
  • 5-7 years' relevant business experience including decision-making, managing, or supervising.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in high volume field service environment.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with information technology concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve service quota.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and on occasion internationally.
  • Valid driver's License.
