Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our expanding sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, driving revenue growth, and collaborating closely with the sales team, VP of Sales, marketing team, and the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle process to drive incremental revenue.
- Proactively conduct outbound sourcing, establish new partnerships, and construct a resilient sales pipeline to drive sustained growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand clients' needs and objectives to provide effective solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
Requirements:
- 2 to 6 years of B2B sales success.
- Ability to cold call daily, follow up, and close deals.
- Experience in leading presentations and demos with the ability to close.
- Experience in attending conferences, trade shows, and networking to build relationships.
- Experience in managing a long sales cycle from prospect to close.
- Generate outbound as well as handle inbound leads.
- Must have a great attitude and be a team player to fit into the company culture.
- Proactivity in sourcing new business and managing a robust pipeline.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
What We Offer:
- CAD 80,000 – CAD 100,000 + Commission
