Customer Success Strategist

The Customer Success Manager at Verafin will work closely with key customers to understand their needs and develop strategies for success.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with customers across multiple departments
- Stay up-to-date on Verafin's product suite and identify opportunities to drive customer value
- Create and deliver customized success plans to meet customer goals
- Communicate key initiatives to customers and ensure thorough adoption of our solutions
- Foster a 'customer-first' mindset within the organization
- 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management
- Ability to interface with multiple levels within a customer's organization
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management tools
