About the Role

The Customer Success Manager at Verafin will work closely with key customers to understand their needs and develop strategies for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers across multiple departments
  • Stay up-to-date on Verafin's product suite and identify opportunities to drive customer value
  • Create and deliver customized success plans to meet customer goals
  • Communicate key initiatives to customers and ensure thorough adoption of our solutions
  • Foster a 'customer-first' mindset within the organization
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management
  • Ability to interface with multiple levels within a customer's organization
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management tools
