Job Description
A highly skilled Aircraft Structural Design and Certification Specialist is required to join our team at Morson Canada. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for creating structural design documentation and compliance documents to support aircraft modifications and ensure airworthiness standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop structural design documentation, including equipment and antenna installation, supplemental inspections, and certification plans.
- Prepare compliance documents, such as weight/balance reports and structural analysis.
- Coordinate with Transport Canada's Delegated Airworthiness Representatives (DARs) for regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to incorporate all requirements into design work.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in structural/mechanical design or 2 years specific to aircraft structures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, familiarity with aerospace regulations (TCCA, FAA, EASA).
- Eligibility for EIT registration under EGBC.
