Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Delhi Street Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food standards.
    • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism and respect.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, stock levels, and other key performance indicators.
    • Maintain accurate records of staff performance, customer feedback, and other relevant data.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
