Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at EgyCana Fast Food Enterprise Inc. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Culinary Expertise: Possess knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Permanent work term.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
