Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at EgyCana Fast Food Enterprise Inc. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in our fast-paced restaurant environment.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Oversee and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Inventory Management and Quality Control

Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality control standards.

Customer Service and Relations

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, fostering strong relationships and loyalty.

Administrative and Reporting Tasks

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.

Communication and Teamwork

Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless communication throughout the restaurant.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Work Setting

Restaurant environment.

Language

English.

Hours

35 hours per week.
