About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at GM Flores Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our facilities.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

You will be responsible for inspecting our sites and facilities to ensure that they are safe and clean, and that our standards are being met.

Manage Cleaning Operations

You will be responsible for managing our cleaning operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Train and Develop Staff

You will be responsible for training and developing our cleaning staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to perform their jobs effectively.

Requirements
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate

You will need to have a valid WHMIS certificate to ensure that you are aware of the hazards associated with the cleaning products and materials we use.

First Aid Certificate

You will need to have a valid first aid certificate to ensure that you are able to respond to any medical emergencies that may arise.

Criminal Record Check

You will need to undergo a criminal record check to ensure that you are suitable for the role.

Driver's Validity Licence Check

You will need to have a valid driver's license to ensure that you are able to travel to our sites and facilities.

Driving Record Check (Abstract)

You will need to undergo a driving record check to ensure that you have a clean driving record.

Working Conditions

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. You will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and may be required to work in confined spaces.
