Job Description

A leading global food distribution company is seeking a highly skilled Japanese / English Account Manager to join their team in Mississauga, ON. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, increasing sales activities, and acquiring new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to increase sales activities
  • Coordinate and execute international sales activities to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Manage accurate records, including sales reports, expense reimbursement forms, and billing invoices
  • Communicate sales activities and performance to upper management
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required to meet with clients and attend business meetings
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and other documentation for upper management
Requirements:
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing business-level Japanese
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in English and Japanese
  • Ability to travel nationwide and internationally as required
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, coordination, office administration, or customer support, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
