About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Solutions Manager to join our team at GGB - Global. As a key member of our global brokerage team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Successfully and profitably manage an assigned group of accounts, ensuring exceptional ongoing care and building solid relationships with existing clients.
  • In partnership with the Production team, take a leadership role in the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality and timely manner.
  • Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage, cultivating relationships with the buyer in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client representatives and buyers.
  • Support one or more Producers and/or Account Executives and be the first line of contact when the Producer or Account Executive is not available.
  • Coordinate appropriate resources to address the client's risk management needs, ensuring that their business is protected and their ambitions are empowered.
About You
  • You have a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and have a strong grasp of dealership- and automobile-related technicalities directly related to risk and insurance.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and are proficient in using technology as a tool to enhance productivity and quality.
  • You are a self-directed individual who can comfortably engage others in consultative discussions and effectively manage/balance multiple, and sometimes competing, deliverables.
  • You have a RIBO License or are willing to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment.
