At Cowan Insurance Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Third Party Administration Call Centre, you'll provide exceptional service to our plan members and service providers, answering incoming telephone calls and emails with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service while responding to all inbound inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date on program information, products, processes, and business initiatives to deliver accurate and informed support.
  • Utilize our company-supplied 'scripts' when available to ensure consistency and quality in our responses.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to provide seamless support to our clients.
  • Be flexible with your schedule to accommodate peak periods and changing business needs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French (and Arabic or Spanish, an asset).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to multiple computer systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Medical/dental knowledge and experience would be an asset.
