At Cowan Insurance Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their policies and benefits
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
