We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Batteries And Gadgets. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our retail store, ensuring that all aspects of sales are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes supervising staff, assigning duties, hiring and training new employees, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of sales staff
  • Hiring, training, and developing sales staff to meet the needs of the business
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
