Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Neighbors Convenience Market. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth through effective merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately ordered and received.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales or management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
  • Fluency in English.
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment.
