Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at F & V INC. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail sales team and driving sales growth through effective planning, organization, and execution of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize daily operations to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop effective sales strategies
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold and implement pricing and credit policies
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale and develop marketing strategies to promote sales
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Conduct performance reviews and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic security clearance
  • Willingness to travel and relocate
