Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at F & V INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our retail sales operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily sales operations to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Study market trends and consumer behavior to determine sales strategies and optimize sales volumes.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
  • Locate and procure merchandise for resale, and develop marketing strategies to promote sales.
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, and recruit, hire, and supervise sales staff.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to study market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and heavy workloads.
  • Basic security clearance and willingness to travel.
