Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Al-Hashmi Thobes & Kurtas. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our retail sales team and driving sales growth through effective management of daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve their performance.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail sales management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Work Environment: Our retail store is located in a busy shopping district, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
