Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team at Payworks. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading new clients through a seamless transition onto our workforce management platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage new client expectations with a high level of service and support in response to their implementation needs
- Set up the Payworks workforce management solution and deliver comprehensive training to clients
- Assess and meet the needs of clients to ensure an efficient and effective implementation
- Provide expert advice and guidance on the Payworks product while keeping payroll best practices in mind
- Proficiency in the Payroll and Absence Management modules, and exposure to the Time Management and Human Resources modules
- Previous experience implementing workforce management solutions or similar software is considered a strong asset
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in programs like Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Customer service orientation, with experience conducting needs analysis processes to effectively present and discuss intangible services and solutions with clients
