Job DescriptionAs a District HSE Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, clients, and contractors. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and Implementing HSE Policies: You will review internal HSE policies and practices to ensure they are current, appropriate, and communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
- Leading HSE Inspections: You will oversee the quality and effectiveness of HSE inspections, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
- Developing Strategic HSE Plans: You will work with district management to develop and roll out strategic HSE plans, aligning them with corporate objectives and industry best practices.
- Risk Management and Investigation: You will conduct risk management assessments of trade contractor safety performance, communicate findings to stakeholders, and investigate incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Conflict Resolution and Communication: You will manage conflicts with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders, using effective communication and influencing skills to resolve issues and promote a positive safety culture.
