Job Description

The Senior Director of Financial Strategy and Operations is a pivotal role at OmniaBio, driving financial growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Financial Transactions: Oversee all aspects of finance processes, ensuring proper documentation, efficient systems, and effective training for employees.
  3. Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and risk management to safeguard company assets and maintain accurate financial reporting.
  4. Capital Management: Manage capital allocation, debt structuring, and financing to support ongoing operations and future expansion.

This role requires a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in managing full-service finance teams, preferably in the CDMO or pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP S/4 Hana, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and a proven track record in leadership, strategy, and execution.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • University degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
  • CPA designation, preferred
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the CDMO or pharmaceutical industry
  • Prior experience in leading financial aspects of M&A and IPO activities
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • A progressive and mature finance executive with a background of best practices in the life sciences industry
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana, preferred
