About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at Meltwich. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet customer demands.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Order supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
  • Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
