Account Executive/Inside Sales Representative

Del Industrial Metals is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive/Inside Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Canadian industrial or transactional sales
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
