About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Placement Broker to join our Commercial team at HUB International Insurance Brokers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to grow our commercial insurance business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan marketing initiatives to attract new business and retain existing clients
  • Negotiate terms with insurance carriers to secure the best possible rates and coverage for our clients
  • Collaborate with the Production team to gather and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with insurance carriers to stay up-to-date on market trends and opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Requirements
  • 10+ years of commercial insurance experience, with a focus on placement and marketing
  • Strong technical knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Working knowledge of EPIC and PolicyWorks
