We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Placement Broker to join our Commercial team at HUB International Insurance Brokers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to grow our commercial insurance business.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and plan marketing initiatives to attract new business and retain existing clients
- Negotiate terms with insurance carriers to secure the best possible rates and coverage for our clients
- Review and analyze policy wordings to ensure accurate coverage and compliance
- Monitor the insurance marketplace and maintain a database of changing company appetites
- Act as a senior client contact and provide exceptional customer service
- 10+ years of commercial insurance experience, with a minimum of 5 years in placement broking/marketing
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Strong technical knowledge and experience working with insurance policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
