Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Landscovery Immigration Inc.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and be proficient in Sinhala; Sinhalese and Tamil languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients
  • Send invoices for services rendered
  • Receive and issue payments from clients
  • Perform various clerical duties, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant personnel
  • Arrange teleconferences with clients and colleagues
  • Calculate billing charges accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor mobile radio or telephone communications
  • Provide emergency services as needed
  • Enter data into our database system
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records

Benefits:

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; no degree, certificate, or diploma preferred
  • Experience in a front desk or reception role; 7 months to less than 1 year preferred
  • Proficiency in Sinhala; Sinhalese and Tamil languages
