Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Neopolitan Pizza Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining confidentiality in all matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures and systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Knowledge of database management and record-keeping practices.

Working Conditions:
  • 35-40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
