About this role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator and Coordinator to join our team at London Market International. This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.

Job Description
  • Plan and manage the office budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate records.
  • Establish and maintain office procedures, streamlining workflows.
  • Schedule appointments, respond to phone calls, and handle electronic inquiries.
  • Gather data, statistics, and information, providing valuable insights.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel arrangements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, directing visitors to relevant contacts or areas.
  • Create and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration, preferably in an international setting.
  • Familiarity with MS Office software.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
What We Offer
