At Nexus Systems Group Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Technical Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers via phone, email, or in-person.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer software and hardware issues.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:
  • Fluent English and French language skills (bilingual and fluency in both required).
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in browser troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of computer software, including configuration management software, desktop communications software, and operating system software.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous help desk or contact center experience.
  • Technical help desk experience.

Soft Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Empathy, finesse, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Education:

College or university degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
