Position Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist at OPTIMA TECHNOLOGY, you will play a crucial role in assisting users with their technical challenges. Your expertise will help ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Communication: Engage with users both electronically and in person to identify and document their technical issues.
  • Research Solutions: Utilize user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to find and implement effective solutions.

  • Problem Logging: Maintain a comprehensive log of issues and solutions for the benefit of the technical support team.

  • Team Supervision: Oversee the activities of other technical support personnel within the team.

Qualifications
