About the Role:This position involves serving as the front-line technical support, answering questions and resolving basic computer problems in an expedient manner. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity-related problems, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, responding promptly to reported issues and taking ownership of resolving them.
- Provide excellent customer service by validating issue priority, scheduling service within desired timeframes, and keeping clients informed throughout the process.
- Set up, configure, test, and maintain end-user equipment, including PCs, monitors, docking devices, printers, and multi-function devices, according to established service level agreements.
- Offer technical assistance related to Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems.
- Follow standard Service Desk procedures, logging all help desk interactions and effectively utilizing help desk software.

A competitive salary range for this role is between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
To succeed in this position, you should possess 1+ years of experience in Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Information Technology Systems. Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related field is also required, with equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
You should have a solid understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems. Diagnostic skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
