Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hot Pot Grill Authentic Indian Cuisine. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Ensure staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of food and supplies
    • Monitor and control waste and minimize losses
