Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Okanagan Good Food Inc. in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- Fast-paced environment

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
