Key Responsibilities


  • Client Retention and Relationship Building. Engage and build strong relationships with existing repeat clients in the PTAC replacement market, ensuring retention and ongoing business growth.
  • Sales and Market Data Management. Capture and organize key market and customer data in our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis of sales activities. Uncover referrals and testimonials by requesting customer feedback and executing our Net Promoter Score (NPS) process.
  • Marketing Activities. Participate in selected marketing activities, including attending tradeshows to build contacts and uncover new business opportunities. You have experience in business development and B2B product sales, and you are comfortable using a CRM and can quickly learn new tools and products.
