New Business Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed professional to join our team as a New Business Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with lead generating partners to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct warm, cold, and follow-up calls to identify customer needs and offer correct products.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to new clients.
  • Represent our agency professionally and conduct work in office and remotely.
  • Produce and maintain relationships with lead generating partners.
  • Generate organic leads through existing and newly acquired contacts.
  • Work with the agent and General Manager to establish and meet productivity goals.
Requirements:
  • Property and Casualty license (OTL license) is required.
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, is preferred.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to multi-task, be self-motivated, and goal-oriented is required.
