Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed professional to join our team as a New Business Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and offering tailored insurance solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with lead generating partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct warm, cold, and follow-up calls to engage with potential customers and promote our insurance products.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to meet and exceed productivity goals.
- Work closely with the agent and general manager to establish and achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to new clients, ensuring prompt, accurate, and friendly interactions.
- Property and Casualty license (OTL license) is mandatory.
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, is an asset.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and be self-motivated is required.
