New Business Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed insurance professional to join our team as a New Business Representative. As a key member of our agency, you will play a crucial role in helping us grow our business through value-based conversations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet productivity goals and contribute to the growth of our agency.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to new clients, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
  • Represent our agency professionally, both in-office and remotely, to promote our brand and values.
  • Collaborate with our agent and General Manager to set and achieve sales targets, driving business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Property and Casualty license (OTL license) is mandatory.
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is an asset.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and be self-motivated is required.
