Job Title: Motel Managing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Canadiana Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 1-2 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the motel, including the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed.
  • Human Resources: Hire and train new staff members, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Rural area, hotel, motel, resort.
