Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of 1-2 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Operations Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the motel, including the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Rural area, hotel, motel, resort.
